Grand Illumination Celebration 2008
Experience a memorable holiday event at Colonial Williamsburg’s Grand Illumination on December 7th, 2008. A magnificent fireworks display will take place simultaneously at three locations in the Historic Area, concluding a weekend of old-fashioned merriment and cheer, and heralding the start of the holiday season. Near the Governor’s Palace, the Magazine, and the Capitol. Colonial Performances begin at 4:45 pm and continuing after the fireworks until 7:30 pm. Fireworks begin at 6:15 pm. There is no admission required for the Colonial Williamsburg Grand Illumination.
